In consideration of renting sauna and cold plunge equipment, including but not limited to sauna tents, stoves, cold plunge tubs, and accessories (“Equipment”), from Steam City Sauna LLC (“Company”), I, the undersigned (“Renter”), acknowledge and agree as follows: —

Transfer of Responsibility

1. Once the Equipment has been delivered and set up by Steam City Sauna LLC, all responsibility for the safe use, supervision, and operation of the Equipment rests solely with the Renter.

2. Renter accepts full liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the rental period, including but not limited to:

– Burns, overheating, heat stroke, dehydration, fainting, slips, trips, or falls
– Drowning or near-drowning in the cold plunge
– Shock from sudden temperature changes
– Serious injury or death

Health and Safety

3. Renter agrees to enforce the following safety guidelines for all participants:

– No minors are permitted. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
– No alcohol or drug use prior to or during participation.
– Participants with heart conditions, respiratory issues, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or
– other medical conditions should not participate.
– Participants should hydrate before and after use and exit immediately if feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell. —

Operation of Equipment

4. Renter agrees to supervise use of the Equipment at all times and ensure participants follow safe operating procedures.

5. Renter assumes full responsibility for damage, theft, or misuse of the Equipment during the rental period. —

Property and Landscape

6. Renter acknowledges that Steam City Sauna LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of participants or guests during the rental period.

7. Renter acknowledges and agrees that the sauna tent, cold plunge, and other Equipment may cause damage to grass, landscaping, or other ground surfaces, and that Steam City Sauna LLC
takes no responsibility for such damage. The Renter accepts all responsibility for any impact on the property where the Equipment is set up. —

Release of Liability

8. Renter hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Steam City Sauna LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to the rental and use of the Equipment, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. —

Binding Agreement

9. This agreement is binding upon the Renter, their guests, participants, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

10. By signing, Renter certifies they are at least 18 years of age, legally competent, and fully responsible for the safe use of the rented Equipment.
